1. Credit / Debit Card
We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Please ensure your card details (including the cardholder name, expiry date, and CVC/CVV security code) are entered correctly at checkout to avoid verification issues.
All orders must be paid in full in advance, including any pre-order items where applicable. If you use a card issued outside the website's displayed currency, your bank or card provider may apply currency conversion rates or additional international transaction fees. These charges are set by your financial institution and are your responsibility. Topphox will only receive the order total shown at checkout.

We also accept payments via PayPal. You may pay using your PayPal account balance, linked bank accounts, or credit cards, and where available, PayPal Express Checkout can be used to speed up the transaction process.

4. Currency
Payments are processed in the currency displayed at checkout (e.g. GBP or EUR). If your payment method requires currency conversion, your bank or payment provider may apply their own exchange rates and transaction fees. Topphox does not control, set, or receive these charges and is not liable for them.
5. Coupon Codes & Store Credit
You may enter an active coupon code at checkout and select "Apply" for the discount to be deducted from your order total. If you do not apply the code before completing the checkout process, the discount may not be reflected in your final total and cannot be applied retroactively.
Please enter coupon codes exactly as provided (including correct casing and no extra spaces). To avoid errors, we recommend copying and pasting codes directly.
Store credit may be issued in the form of a coupon code with a stated validity period. Unless otherwise specified, only one coupon code may be used per order. Certain coupon codes may be limited to one-time use per account, apply only to eligible items, and/or expire on a specific date. If a coupon is not valid for your order, you will be notified at checkout.
6. Payment Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your payment and personal information. All transactions are processed through secure payment platforms with full PCI-DSS encryption, and our website uses SSL encryption to protect the data you submit during checkout. We do not store full credit card details on our servers.
7. Fraud Prevention
All payments may be subject to verification. Topphox reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold any transaction, order, or shipment where we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized payment activity, card-not-present fraud, or illegal use. For more details, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
Payment Verification Notice
For security, orders containing high-value items may trigger additional 3D-Secure verification steps or manual review. If verification details do not match, the order will be automatically cancelled, and the pre-authorized funds will be released back to the cardholder.
