1. Pre-Dispatch Quality Assurance
Topphox guarantees that all devices match the listed condition grade (e.g., Excellent, Good, or Acceptable) and undergo a rigorous, final technical and cosmetic inspection prior to dispatch.
2. Delivery Coverage
Currently, Topphox delivers exclusively within the United Kingdom (UK). Orders placed with delivery addresses outside the UK may not be accepted at checkout or may be cancelled.
3. Order Processing Timeframe
All orders are prepared and processed within two (2) business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Delivery timeframes commence once the order has been officially dispatched.
4. Standard & Free Delivery Offer
Estimated Delivery Time: 6–10 working days (7–12 working days including processing days, Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
Delivery Charges:
- FREE on all orders of £50 or more.
- A £4.99 shipping fee applies to orders below £50 (calculated automatically at checkout).
Topphox reserves the right to amend or withdraw this free delivery offer at any time without prior notice.
5. Order Tracking & Couriers
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing a tracking link. You may also track your order by logging into your Topphox account.
We partner with reputable courier services including Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, and other trusted logistics providers. The selected courier depends on the delivery address, product value, and package size.
6. Signature & Delivery Security
All deliveries require a physical signature upon receipt. Any individual present at the delivery address may sign for the parcel, and such signature shall be deemed valid proof of delivery. Consequently, we do not ship to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.
7. Shipping Address & Missed Deliveries
Customers may specify an alternative delivery address different from their billing address at checkout. However, once an order has been submitted, delivery address changes cannot be made under any circumstances.
If a delivery cannot be completed, the courier will leave a calling card with instructions for rescheduling or collection. In some cases, parcels may be delivered to a direct neighbor, with notice left at your address.
8. Out-of-Stock Items
Product availability is displayed on individual product pages. In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you within 7 days. You may choose to receive a full refund, select a substitute item, or wait for restocking.
9. Delays, Liability & Seasonal Surges
While we endeavor to meet stated delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to courier issues, severe weather, public holidays, or unforeseen operational disruptions. During peak periods (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday), delivery times may be extended.
If standard delivery exceeds 10 working days, please contact us immediately. While we are not liable for consequential losses, Topphox may, at its sole discretion, offer partial compensation such as store credit or shipping upgrades.
10. Planned International Shipping
While Topphox currently ships only within the United Kingdom, we are actively preparing to introduce international shipping across Europe and selected global markets. This policy will be updated with eligible destinations, customs details, and fees once available.
