IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

4. Pricing, Payment and Taxes
4.1. Pricing: Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices which appear on this Site are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any Products which you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled and issue a full refund.
4.2. VAT: Prices are displayed inclusive of UK Value Added Tax (VAT).
4.3. Delivery Costs:Delivery costs will be charged in addition where applicable; such charges are clearly displayed and included in the "Total Cost" during checkout.
4.4. Payment: We accept payment via credit/debit cards, PayPal, and digital wallets as detailed in our Payment Policy Page. Payment is typically debited upon or shortly before dispatch. You confirm that the payment method used belongs to you or that you have been specifically authorized to use it. All transaction holders are subject to validation checks and authorization. If payment is refused, we will not be liable for delivery delays or cancellation.
4.5. Import Duties: If your delivery address is outside the UK, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes applied upon reaching the destination. We have no control over these charges and you will be responsible for payment. You must comply with all laws of the destination country.
5. Product Purchases and Contract Formation
5.1. Offer and Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase Products from us. All orders are subject to availability and price confirmation. Dispatch times may vary depending on availability and are subject to unforeseen postal delays or force majeure for which we are not responsible.
5.2. Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email. This serves only as an acknowledgement and does not constitute formal acceptance of your order.
5.3. Contract Formation:A legally binding contract is formed only when we send you email confirmation that the Products you ordered have been dispatched to you ("Dispatch Confirmation").
5.4. Availability & Refusal: All Products are subject to availability. If a Product is unavailable, we will inform you and issue a refund. We reserve the right to withdraw Products, remove/edit materials, or refuse to process transactions at our sole discretion.
6. Delivery
6.1. Timescales: Delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates only and time shall not be of the essence. We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery caused by a Force Majeure Event or your failure to provide us with adequate delivery instructions.
6.2. Risk and Title: Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. Title to the Products passes to you only when we receive payment in full for the Products and any related services.

7. Returns and Refunds

If Products received are damaged, defective, or do not conform to the contract, please contact us immediately to coordinate repair, replacement, or refund options in accordance with your statutory rights.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Site and your use thereof, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9.2. Subject to Clause 9.1, we shall not be liable to you under contract or tort for any loss of goodwill, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, loss or corruption of data, or any indirect or consequential loss.
9.3. Subject to Clause 9.1, our total aggregate liability for all other losses arising under or in connection with any contract between us shall be limited to the total sum paid by you for the Products under such contract.

12.2. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR): If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, we will provide you with information about relevant ADR schemes. Participation in ADR is voluntary.
